Developed and coordinated a Pediatric Asthma Demonstration Project with Primary Care Physicians that showed increased patient benefit and a decrease in utilization with the adjunctive use of clinical hypnosis. Findings supported the results of medical research conducted by Daniel P. Kohen, M.D.


Started a Trichotillomania treatment program with a multimodal treatment approach including individual and group therapy, clinical hypnosis, psychiatric consultation, and the development of a Trichotillomania Twelve-Step program.


Developed an active substance abuse intervention practice and founded Private Interventions Inc., a consulting firm developed to provide a variety of highly confidential and comprehensive substance abuse intervention and prevention services, resulting in work with diverse populations including families, corporate executives, impaired professionals, educational systems, professional athletes, and other public figures.


Assisted patients for past thirty-two years in developing healthy partnership between psychotherapy experiences and Twelve Step Program experiences.


Invited by Senator Christopher Dodd, Chairman of U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Children, Family, Drugs and Alcoholism to present an overview at hearing entitled "Breaking the Cycle: The Effects of Alcohol on Families", 1991.
